To help you with this issue, we will need the Google order number / Transaction ID for the purchase.

This number can be found on the confirmation email Google sends you after making a purchase. The number looks like this GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.

If you are having trouble finding the confirmation email, please follow these steps:

1. Visit Google Pay and sign in with your Google account.
2. Select the activity/purchase you wish to see the receipt of.
3. Scroll down to see the transaction ID.

To transfer your game progress between Android devices, simply connect your game to your Google or Fingersoft ID account. You can do this by going to the in-game settings and selecting your preferred option. Depending on your choice, you may need to log in to your Google or Fingersoft ID account. If you don't have a Fingersoft ID account yet, don't worry - the game will guide you through the process of setting one up.

Once you've saved your game profile, you can easily move it to another device by following the same steps: open the game, access the in-game settings, and connect to the same cloud save account you used to save your progress.

Note: All the rewards are random. There is also possibility to scrap unused tuning parts and upgrade other existing parts.

Tuning parts are special parts that you can strap onto your vehicle before a race to give yourself an edge over the competition. They have varying effects and each part can be upgraded multiple times. Each vehicle has a total of 3 slots for tuning parts. You begin with one, with the second and third unlocked at vehicle levels 36 and 106 respectively. Note that not all vehicles can use all tuning parts. For example, vehicles with roofs cannot use the roll cage part. Check list of all tuning parts in game.

Team leaders and co-leaders have the authority to remove other players from the team. We remain neutral on these matters.
