Purchases might take up to a full day before they are added to your account. If, after waiting for a day and restarting your device, you still haven't received your purchase, please follow the instructions below.
Android
To help you with this issue, we will need the Google order number / Transaction ID for the purchase. This number can be found on the confirmation email Google sends you after making a purchase. The Google order number looks like this GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.
If you are having trouble finding the confirmation email, please follow these steps:
1. Visit Google Pay and sign in with your Google account.
2. Select the activity/purchase you wish to see the receipt of.
3. Scroll down to see the transaction ID.
